Hi team! I am currently looking through the module on dividend payout ratio. I was practicing this on Sasseur REITs. But i could not find the information for Dividend per Share. Is it the same as distribution per unit? If yes, does this mean that their payout ratio is 0.065/0.05= 1.3?

Hi Henry, If you're analysing REIT, pls follow the REIT checklist here. Payout isn't applicable for REITs because they would generally payout more than 90% of the distributable incomes to enjoy the tax benefit.
