Hi Fifth Person, What is your view about the preferential offering to existing shareholders at $2.03? And what is the meaning of Non-renounceable underwritten preferential offering? Thanks and look forward to your hearing your views.

Just ask yourself if you want to buy KDC at $2.03? If the answer is yes, then can consider taking it but make sure that you subscribe them in lot size. Else, we can give it a miss and there won't be any dilution since it is still highly DPU accretive.
