Shd i subscribe to he kreit reit preferential offer since it is dilutive.

Hi Kelvin The acquisition looks dilutive to me. Since the Ocean Financial Centre acquisition, I always think that they always priortise too much on AUM growth than DPU which isn't good for unitholders. Current price looks fairly valued to me.
