Hi Rusmin In your opinion, do you think the industry fundamentals for logistics REITs have been adversely affected by recent uncertainties over trade, or is this just noise? Thanks for any insight you can offer here.

Logistic is largely driven by e-commerce play. The trade war will probably has some spillover effect on the demand but I would say that property really depends on supply and demand dynamic of each countries, less to do with macro news.
