Hi!
I was trying to replicate the NAV chart that you had shown in the recent webinar, but for some reason, the NAV i computed for FY22 was much lower than your graph?
Can you let me know what i might be doing wrongly?
I took the (total assets - total liabilities)/ outstanding shares

Hi Albert

You're so hardworking! Actually you don't have to calculate this on your own because the REIT provided the data in their presentation slide here. For example, FY2024/25's NAV is listed here (slide 15) as $1.78.

oh… I didn’t extract from slide because i created a web scrapping tool to help extract from https://stockanalysis.com/quote/sgx/N2IU/financials/

Would you be able to advise why the NAV i computed for FY22 was much lower than your graph?
Is it because I forgot to include/ exclude something?

We pulled data from the annual report/financial result. If you are relying on third party platform, bear in mind that some of those data are prone for errors. That’s why people still pay for quality data from CIQ, FactSet or Bloomberg.
