Hi Rusmin, may I know what is the timeframe and update for the REIT data on the Singapore REIT Data page?  In the FY 2023/24 annual report for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust, the DPU is 0.0891 vs 0.0961 and the NAV is 1.75 vs 1.76 on the Singapore REIT Data page.  Which one should I use for valuation to plot with the share prices from 31 Mar 2024 onwards?

I think we should use the values on the annual report generally from 31 Mar of the stated year for any reference to this same date moving forward.  Is this correct?

Hi William, Thanks for the spot, we have updated the DPU and NAV to the latest FY 2023/2024 figures. The FY 2023/2024 figures should be used to plot for period after 31 Mar 2024. Sometimes, companies only release full-year results one month after their financial year end, so you could consider using the FY 2023/2024 figures after 30 Apr 2024 for MPACT for example. Anyway, the difference is small as long as you are consistent.
