Hi, with the anticipation of rates cut, do we still follow strictly the methods to see whether a particular reits is still a buy? Some reits IV is below the current Market Value. Will i miss the boat due to the fact that reits prices will continue to rally due to the upcoming rates cuts. Thanks!

Yes, we still follow the criteria strictly. We highlighted a few of them that passes our criteria in the previous Pro meet-up. You can watch them if you miss out. The REIT market is also moving but generally, the price is still quite reasonable.
