Hi, may I know when to sell lousy reits? Currently most reits are at their historical lows due to high interest rate environment. Hence should we sell these lousy reits now ar wait for most reits prices to rise ( when interest rates are further reduced) ?

Hi Rachel, I do it as soon as I realised it is a lousy REIT. Given that most REITs' valuation is rather low, can consider this is a good opportunity to do a switch (to a better REIT with attractive valuation).
