They've paid quite good dividends in the past! Their payout ratio is also on the sustainable level side with little to no debt. What make you like Hour Glass as a business?
They hv strong brand n loyal customer base. They focus on exclusive ptrnerships n limited edition timepieces n will contd to attract high net worth individuals. In my opinion long term fundamentals robust.Inflow of wealth into spore n the region is positive for the business. The Tay family is also the second largest shareholder in Cortina Holdings. In this respect, hourglass has control of the watch mkt in this region. Also the major shareholders dont overpay themselves.
Hi Kelvin,
Hour Glass's earnings in recent years were boosted by the surge in luxury watch demand during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, since then, demand has subsided, as reflected in their negative growth in the trailing twelve-month (TTM) results. Moving forward, demand is expected to decline further, creating additional pressure on their earnings.

Short term Hourglass face headwinds. But long term this co shd be doing well I believe. The current share price has factored in the headwinds
