Hi Angus

We have one in the Alpha Quadrant. If you're not a member, no worry because I can guide you here.

1. Download historical share price of the REIT from investing.com (sign up for a free account)
2. Open up the excel and add on the NAV data next to the Closing Price - The NAV is the same across the dates in that particular year. For example, you can put NAV (FY2022) in the 2023 segment. There is always a delay, so we need to adjust accordingly. For this year, you can use FY2024 NAV throughout.
3. You can convert this chart in a powerpoint or within the excel itself.
3.

New to investing.com. Do we use daily share price. (Investing only allow historical share price from 2021 to 2025). How do we calculate NAV data portion?

Rusmin Ang Staff replied 10 months ago

Yes, daily share price.

You can find the NAV in the REIT annual report. Just search for key word ‘NAV’ or ‘Net Asset Value’ to speed up the process. You can also manually calculate yourself by taking Equity value in the balance sheet and divide it by number of outstanding units to get NAV.
