Hi! I attended the first 2/3 of the live class last sunday, and had to go off. But I'll watch the recording soon. Would u recommend to buy either of these REITS etfs? which one is better?

Hi Agne If you're just taking advantage of the recovery, i.e. P/B of the entire REIT recovers back to 1SD, then it could still play out. You get your capital gain and decent yield. But if you're holding long-term, I think it makes more sense to hold individual high quality REITs and enjoy better return over the long-term. You would need to pay the management fees (i.e. 0.6% per annum) if you're holding the basket of REITs via the ETF.
