Hi Zun Yang, Before valuation surplus will be more conservative.

Thanks. What is the definition of valuation surplus?

Rusmin Ang Staff replied 1 month ago

It could be their investment stakes in Great Eastern and properties. Surplus refers to the valuation excess between cost value and market value of their investments. So if we refer to NAV before valuation surplus, the NAV will be less volatile and more conservative.
