hello! I am currently trying to plot the p/b ratio for Suntec reit, but i noticed that their nav per unit is different for group and trust, whereby trust included investment in subsidiary Comina. May i know if nav per unit calculation inclusive of investment in subsidiaries is usually more accurate?

Hi Rusmin, Ok. Im a new member, and thank you for organising the webinars, I have learnt so much about the Singapore market. In fact, I have just graduated, am trying to help my family\'s small business invest excess cash into dividend stocks, so we can generate a long term recurring income, that is why I have signed up for Dividend Machine ???? Anyways, back to this topic, I tried to plot Suntec REIT's historical p/b using historic share prices from Yahoo, as well as NAV/unit from annual reports. Could you kindly check for me if the workings are accurate? Thank you!

Hi Kai Zhong
Nice work there! You're in good position to do that for your family.
Your data looks good. If you want to be more precise, you can time the NAV data against its release date. For example, full year result was released on 22 Jan 2026, the NAV is 2.033. The new data can start from then. You can adjust the rest accordingly but if it is too much of a hassle, then don't have to because the difference isn't going to be huge.
Just one point with regard to the chart: The Y axis should be the data point of P/B, not the date.
Hi Rusmin, Thank you for the advise! Ahh I think sharing via google drive messed up the Y-axis somehow, supposed to be P/B Hahaha.
Looking forward to learn more from you guys ????

Hi Rusmin, just to add on a question. Can I assume full-year dividends announcement date to be same as release date of full-year financial results? So I adjust the dividend yield chart accordingly as well based on that? Please advice thanks!
I think you can consider that! Usually it is the case.
Okay thank you Rusmin, well noted!
