Hi! Given the recent price movements of Lendlease REIT, how would you assess its current valuation relative to its historical trends and sector outlook? Are there any key factors investors should consider at this stage?

replied 1 year ago thanks for the reply Rusmin! It caught my eyes due to the good locations assets they own in SG, but do have reserves on its DPU and its short span of listing.
Rusmin AngYep, quite decent asset location but gotta pay attention on their adjusted gearing ratio. Must include the perps.
