I’m unable to find the NAV for CKI Holdings.
For the calculation, do I need to include non-current assets and non-current liabilities? I used ChatGPT to get historical NAV data and created a chart showing average price, yield, and price-to-book ratio.
Can you help check if this chart is accurate or if I’ve missed anything? Based on the data, it still looks like a good entry point, is it correct?
I have attached the chart n financial statement for your reference.

Hi Cass,
There is no need to use the P/B ratio for CKI. You can simply use the latest dividend yield and compare it with their historical high yield. The shape of the chart seems similar, but the standard deviation is definitely incorrect.
The NAV is the equity attributable to shareholders.

Hi Victor
I did another new Avg P/B chart, can u help to check if it is correct?
I used STdev.P +/ – from Average PB.
Or should I use STdev.S?
Or is there any other formula?
And lastly, is 1038 still safe for entry?
The chart data is only up till Jun 2025.
Thank you very much!
Hi Cass,
I use STDEV.P to calculate the standard deviation.
The current yield is about 4.8%, ideally I would prefer above 5%. I can’t see your chart, maybe you can send it to victor@fifthperson,com
Hi Cass,
I looked through your Excel file and compared the chart's shape and some of the data with mine — it looks correct.
Just wanted to double confirm with you and refresh my understanding, for dividend stocks, we typically look at price and yield, while for REITs, we focus on P/B ratio and yield. Is that correct? - Your understanding for this question is correct.
