Hi All, any one has any thoughts about Boustead UI REIT which is being IPO now? Not much track record but I recall that dividend machine kinda like Boustead as a company. Not sure about the thoughts of it being the sponsor of REIT.

Hi Jackson
It is a newly listed REIT. We prefer to monitor the REIT first. We like the parent company but we can't say the same thing for the REIT since we are dealing with a new set of manager.
