Hi , i am trying to calculate the spread% of this REIT, but i was unable to get data on this REIT property yield% / NPI and also cost of debts% in the annual report, would need some help on this issue.

Hi Teo,

Ascott is quite special because they are structured as a stapled group. They reported their gross profit (instead of Net Property Income) which we used it as a proxy to calculate the property yield. You can simply search cost of debt in the annual report here, you should be able to find it there. We also provide basic data on our website here.
