Dear Sirs, Been really blessed to come across Fifth person & been watching your show. Btw, since you ever talked about Netlink trust & Lion Philips S-Reits ETF , why your featured portfolio list of 60 over stocks doesn’t contains these 2 stocks ? regards, Jamon

Both Netlink and REIT won't fit into the 8-step framework, thus we didn't include it. For example, their payout ratio will fail because their structure is setup differently. For REIT, we have separate framework to analyse them. For business Trust like Netlink, it is a good dividend stock except that you may have to adjust the payout ratio based on Free Cashflow, instead of net profit.
