Hello, 
  • I need some help for step 5 for Sheng Siong. Capital Returned must be more than capital raised. 
  • Attached is extracted from SS FY2022 annual report. 
  • The circled part is the information on cash flow from financing activities. 
  • How do I calculate the capital returned and raised? 
  • Thank you.

Hi Joy, I can only see Dividends Paid as Capital Returned and there is no activity on Capital Raised.

hmm… but they got raised capital through shares right?
Could this information be found somewhere else?

Yes, you may have to check all the way through their IPO years. You should see Proceeds from Share Issuance.
