Again, good work there. I see you focus a lot of quantitative analysis which is a good start. I think it is time for you to look into one by one in a more in-depth analysis. Like Mapletree Industrial, you can actually find the land title. You can use the REIT checklist to walk through the entire process. One analysis of a REIT usually take us two to three days to fully understand the REIT, including studying the independent market research. So take your time, do not need to rush. You're progressing really well and keep up the good work :)
